After a nazi attack on a group of actors at Halberstadt
In the night of june 8th 2007 a group of actors is attacked and severely injured by nazis in the East German town of Halberstadt. The incident lead to an media uproar as the local police did not arrest the agressors who where still on the scene when the police arrived. In october 2007 the resulting trial at a Magdeburg court ended up with acquittals for all the accused despite the fact that one of them had confessed.
